We prefer to work with you on a pre-arranged setting. For customers that decide to go with a defined SLA, the hourly rates might differ as per our individual rates and commitment. The smallest pre-arranged SLA will be 300 CHF which grants you access to the 24×7 hotline, and a best effort trouble resolution.

If you need emergency assistance outside of the core business hours, you can either order this as a one-off purchase for 300 CHF, which will then escalate the ticket to the next available technician. As soon as a technician will work on your case, the proper hourly rate will be charged additionally to your ticket.

Cost Breakdown

We rate the cost and time of our service on the basis of the table above. The time incrementation is the common standard in IT - by 15 minutes.
