Remote Support

From time to time we all need a helping hand. At Openfactory we also provide remote support using Anydesk and TeamViewer.

Our preferred support method is with Anydesk. 

After you have clicked on the Teamviewer download button, you will be redirected to a webpage advising “TeamViewer is loading” and an automatic download will occur.

Once this automatic download has been completed you will be presented with a TeamViewer Quick Session listing your Partner ID and Password. Please have these ready to give to the support team member.


For Mac Users
If you are running a macOS higher than 10.14 there may be some additional steps to get Team Viewer running. Instructions on how to set up your Mac for TeamViewer can be found here.
